The way our program works is that we work with you to define the monthly technical support required to maintain your network. This includes registration of any new users or locations, insuring you have a log book of systems upgrades and changes, upgrading your software and or hardware on an as required basis. In addition we can factor in one time projects like a major application software upgrade or as mentioned a disaster recovery plan. Once we have defined the hours required on a monthly basis those hours are committed and charged to you.

This program is not intended to be used for advanced consulting projects such as key application design and development.
